ES Residence
Bintaro, South Tangerang, 2025

Elevating the space expands its horizon. The house is condensed and organized into three different sections, where the living and bedroom quarters are elevated one floor higher. The service quarters occupy the ground floor below, hidden behind a sloping garden.

Detaching the house from its neighbours and making the most of the corner site allows ample openings on all its four sides, ensures all-day natural light and cross ventilation within the living space. Concrete block walls control the privacy of the interior space.
